Frederick Douglas

I think Frederick Douglas is such an inspiring man. I do not know where he got the strength to pull through and not be beaten. He is just such a powerful figure. I think the the dehumanization that went on with slavery was sick. I do not understand how people could do these awful things to each other and sleep at night. It is quite disturbing the world we live in...how so much hate exists.
