mrs dalloway

i got really confused in the beginning when reading this book. the writing is abrupt and detailed and sometimes makes you forget the bigger picture. It's like zooming in a lens so much that you can't tell what the picture is a part of anymore. But after reading a bit, it becomes easier to understand her writing. Her writing, i think, it true to what really goes on in one's head. Our thoughts are not sensible, they jump around from one topic to another depending on the stimulus we receive.
