Mrs. Dalloway
Clarissa is the typical woman who reflects back on the decisions she has made in her life and goes over in her head whether she made the right choice or not. Although she loves her husband, its evident that she wishes she had married Peter. She knows her life with Peter wouldn't have been easy but she regrets sacrificing love and passion for security and upper-class luxury. I feel many women in this world can sympathize with Clarissa's situation because as women we constantly wonder whether passion overcomes logic and sensibility.

I agree with you in the sense that many woman can relate to Mrs. Dalloway and her regrets. She represents many of us who have weighed out the sense of having stability over passion and unpredictable. We feel that marrying into money will give us everything we need and more in life but forget about the things that money cannot buy.
