Caunterbury Tales talks about pilgrims who gather at the Tabart inn that are ready to travel to England. The narrarator is one of the pilgrims who talks about the beginning of spring which makes people want to go on a pilgrimage. 29 pilgrims joined him in the journey. He describes all of the pilgrims with much detail. He describes a doctor, cook, shipman, plowman carpenter and a pardoner. These people are very realistic to me. They debict all the different types of people of a society. There are the people of the upper class (rich, smart ) and the lower class( poor, corrupt).
