Hamlet
I read Hamlet in High School and I don't remember if his mother knew what Claudius did. I don't think she did but I wonder if she knew his plot would she have supported him, since she clearly had liked Claudius for some time before the King died. Also I feel like a lot of the vengeance is directed at Claudius for murdering Hamlet Sr. but there isn't enough emphasis on how awful his mother is besides for Hamlet being upset and depressed about it.

i agree with you, there isnt enough emphasis on how the mother is just going to marry her brother in law two months after her husband died. either she is extremely stupid and easy to influence or else they were both plabnning this to begin with!
