Hamlet__Act II
I was very connected with Hamlet's speech about the perception of the world. And he is right about how we think of the world we live in largely depends on our mood. It is a shame though that sometimes we don't fully appriciate the beauty of nature and life itself. We are too focused on on our daily tasks, rushing from places to places, and hardly communicating with our other people. Of course, there are exceptions, but for the most part, especially in a capitalist society such as the United States, time is crucial and there is always something to do. For people who feel like Hamlet does in this act is even more understandable. Loosing someone very special and having people around you who don't care as much as you do is even harder to 'get over' or deal with, especially when you feel conflicted, confused, depressed and feel as though your world has ended. I've been there, Hamlet.
