Fredrick Douglas

Fredrick Douglas was really an amazing person!! He accomplished so much in his life. I think we can all learn about bravery and motivation from Fredrick. Even though he was a slave he rose up to be a great person. He became an abolitionist, women's suffragist and and author. He is one of the most prominent people in the history of America. He truly believed in the equality of all people. After two failed attempts he finally suceeds in escaping from his master. His book The Life of Frederick Douglas in an inspiration to everyone. It teaches us that no matter where you are in society you can rise up. His story is amazing and really helps portray his life as a slave.
