pip and magwitch

in great expectations, we see characters trying to repair their past by taking in younger people to do this for them. we see magwich give pip a lifethat he could never have and we see mrs. havisham try to break men's hearts as a form of revenge over the man who left her. these reparations dont go according to plan, since magwichs story ends with leaving pip not as a gentleman, but as an average man, but with more knowledge and mrs havisham has second thoughts after seeing how estella broke pips hearts!
