Wordsworth's poems were a bit hard to understand. I had to reread them numerous times to first grasp what he was trying to say. The one I enjoyed most was "Strange Fits of Passion Have I Known". I liked how Wordsworth used a rhyming scheme. The weirdest part was the last stanza, when the poet finally arrives to Lucy's cottage and wonders to himself "If Lucy should be dead!"
Why would he even think of that? -Strange. (perfectly fits the title)
It is also interesting to see how Wordsworth depicts the environment in Tintern Abbey from the way it was 5 years ago to how it is in the present. He uses detailed descriptions of what it was like to re-experience this visit. This allows the reader to visualize what he is seeing and portrays to us how it feels to be there.
